The 6 Steps to Bail Bonds in Waterford, CT
The bond for your arrest will be determined on location by the Waterford Police Department, where your arrest was made. If you are unable to pay the initial bond, a judge will determine a final bail, which must be paid. If you are also unable to pay this final bail, then will consequently remain in jail until your established court date.

Our bail bond agent will speak with you about the steps involved in the bonding process, the court system and payment methods. If necessary, collateral will be collected. Collateral can include items like a car, jewelry or a house. This personal consultation will reaffirm that you understand the bail bonds process.
When the Waterford jail or correctional facility obtains the completed bail bond, our Waterford bail bondsman will arrive to complete the paperwork process. They will go to the jail to fill out and sign everything that is needed. This process generally takes around 30 to 40 minutes. Once the paperwork is signed, it is considered completed, and the arrested individual is given release papers. They are authorized to return home at this time.
