New Britain Woman Charged with Child Neglect Following Baby’s Hospitalization for Extreme Malnourishment – A 23-year-old woman from New Britain, Connecticut is facing charges of child neglect after a baby in her care was hospitalized for five days due to extreme malnourishment.
